We offer both on-site service (home/office visit) and workshop (drop-in) repairs.

Workshop repairs are the most economical. Simply drop off the computer at our office and will inspect the system, advise on the repair cost and call you when the job is complete. If you would like your system returned in the quickest possible time please call or email us to book your repair slot.

If you are bringing in a computer system and would like assistance moving it, please ask a member of staff. They will be more than happy to carry your computer from your car into the office and return it when it has been repaired.

If you are unable to transport your PC to our office to be repaired we can arrange to have it collected, returned and set-up, if required. We can also arrange collection and return to other areas including Fort William, Lochgilphead, Inverary and Campbeltown. Alternatively, we may be able to repair your computer or laptop remotely - see the online remote support section below.

When bringing in a system for repair, please note the following:

Quite often an inexpensive upgrade can dramatically improve the performance of your computer system. Our skilled staff are available to offer advice on possible upgrade paths as well as an estimate of cost, free of charge.

Printer Repairs & Servicing

Printing problems? Get in touch with us - we service and repair both colour and mono laser printers from all the leading manufacturers including Hewlett Packard, Kyocera, Canon, Brother, OKI and Epson.

Online Remote Support

For the ultimate convenience we also offer an online remote support service. This is the ideal solution if you are unable to drop in your system to us for repair, for example if you live on an island. The process is totally secure - you initiate the connection and you can watch all actions performed on your PC - you stay in control. Call us for more information or to book your support session.

Please note that not all faults can be fixed this way, for example if you have a hardware fault that prevents the system booting then we'll need physical access to the computer to repair it. We will establish whether this is an option for you when you call.

To start a pre-arranged remote support session with one of our engineers please click the button at the top of the page. When prompted click 'Run' or 'Open'. This will run a small (3.3Mb) .exe file which will allow us to connect to your computer.

We offer a full design and installation service for all sizes of data networks utilising CAT5e and CAT6 structured cabling; from small peer to peer workgroups for a few systems to local area networks (LANs) for larger installations and multi-site wide area networks (WANs) that link two or more LANs using secure, encrypted VPN connections. Broadband (ADSL) is an always-on high-speed Internet connection. From advising on a suitable Internet Service Provider (ISP) to supplying and installing hardware and configuring your connection Matrix will help you get the most from broadband.

Making sure your wireless network (Wi-Fi) is secure is essential. Many popular wireless ADSL routers by default have no security enabled which can leave your computer systems vulnerable to attack. We will configure your equipment and ensure that your Wi-Fi is as secure as possible.

CCTV & Video Surveillance

We supply, install and maintain indoor and outdoor IP-based video surveillance systems from Cisco. Powerful software allows monitoring and recording of up to 16 cameras simultaneously. An optional Internet feed allows you to monitor cameras from a web browser no matter where you are.

Have you recently replaced your computer system? We can transfer your documents, e-mails, address book etc. from your old system to your new one, set up your internet connection and install any software you require to smooth the transition from old system to new.
