Due to the national lockdown currently in force, our shop & office is closed to the public. We are, however, working normal business hours and we're available for remote/telephone support as usual. If you have an urgent problem that can't be fixed remotely, we may be able to arrange drop-off/collection at the office door. This must be arranged in advance and customers will not be allowed to enter the premises. Payment for repairs will need to be made over the phone by debit/credit card prior to the system being collected.
Sorry for any inconvenience but we're doing our best to keep our customers and staff safe.

We have been providing expert, personal IT support and solutions to business and home users around the west coast of Scotland since 1997, the days of Windows 95 and dial-up internet access.
We have a shop, workshop and office in Oban town centre and cover the Argyll and Highland areas including Oban, Fort William, Campbeltown, Lochgilphead, Inverary and Dunoon, as well as the Inner and Outer Hebridean islands. We also offer online remote support and telephone support to those in outlying areas. It doesn’t matter where in the world you are, as long as you have a connection to the internet, we can provide remote support to help fix your IT problems. |

Like many people, we have been working from home for the past few weeks and have had some spare time on our hands so decided to spend it wisely studying for the new Microsoft 365 (Office 365) certifications. We are delighted to announce that both Paul and Andy have passed and now have the Microsoft 365 Certified - Fundamentals certification. No time to celebrate, though, as we have moved on to studying for the more advanced Modern Desktop Administrator certification. Watch this space! |
27th June 2018 We're delighted to have been presented with an 'Outstanding Pathways Provider' award from Oban High School this week. We have been providing work experience for Oban High School pupils for many years and find it very rewarding being able to help young people make the transition from school to workplace. Here's Paul, who mentors our work experience pupils, accepting the award from Peter Bain, head of Oban High School. |
