Computer Repairs & Upgrades

We offer both on-site service (home/office visit) and workshop (drop-in) repairs. Workshop repairs are the most economical. Simply drop off the computer at our workshop and we will inspect the system and advise on the approximate repair cost. If you decide to proceed we will carry out the repair and send you a text message when the job is complete. If you would like your system returned in the quickest possible time, please call or email us to book your repair slot.

If you are in the Oban area and are unable to transport your PC to our office to be repaired we can arrange to have it collected, returned and set up. Alternatively, we may be able to repair your computer or laptop remotely - see the online remote support page.

When bringing in a system for repair, please note the following:

• Desktop computers - unless asked otherwise, please bring only the main system unit. We don't need your monitor, keyboard, mouse, printer or any cables.

• Laptop/notebook/netbook computers - we will need the power lead/charger unit.
